“We saw the need to provide our customers and visitors with a better online experience. Our old sites were limited and we were not able to respond to an inquiry or provide information as quickly as we would have liked. One of the many new features of the Industrial and Contractor websites is the Resources area which allows customers and visitors to access the information they need right away. Easy navigation through visual cues and images compliments the simplicity of the websites, which can be used in its entirety on a mobile device, setting it apart from other websites. “The essential part of the design was allowing our customers and visitors to get to the information they need while traveling, in the field or at home without limitations,” stated Ray Galuska, Vice President of Wm.
