Manual Lathe Machinist-2nd Shift

Job Summary
As our 2nd shift Manual Lathe Machinist, you will be part of our world-class manufacturing company, with a 90+ year history of producing essential machinery needed in vital industries.
This shift works Monday -Thursday, 2:30 pm – 1:00 am.
This specialized position requires expertise in traditional machining techniques to produce high-quality components from iron and stainless-steel materials. The role will work independently to machine parts to exact specifications while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Duties
- Set up and safely operate manual horizontal lathe machines for production operations
- Perform machine setups, including proper selection of cutting tools, speeds and feeds
- Machine iron and stainless-steel components to close tolerances as specified on blueprints
- Make adjustments and corrections during machining operations to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Conduct in-process quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Read, interpret, and analyze complex engineering prints and technical specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning as required
- Collaborate cross-departmentally as needed

Account Manager - Meyer Pro Sales
40 hours a week
Non-exempt
$62,000 - $78,500 annual
Job Summary
As our Account Manager – Meyer Pro Sales in Libertyville, IL, you will be part of our world-class manufacturing company, with a 92+ year history of making essential machinery needed in vital industries. This role sells Meyer Pro products, with a focus on insulation blowers, air duct cleaning vacuums, and insulation removal vacuums — primarily to contractors (insulation, HVAC, and restoration), as well as building professionals, energy consultants, and rental centers. Every day, you will interact with customers, prepare quotes and proposals, confirm product specifications, process orders, and identify opportunities to grow business within your accounts.
This role is well-suited for candidates with a background in technical, mechanical, or contractor-focused sales. Prior experience selling to contractors, HVAC professionals, restoration specialists, or tradespeople is a strong advantage — as is any hands-on experience working in these industries
Duties
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries related to insulation removal, air duct cleaning, and insulation blowing machines and accessories
- Delivering engaging product knowledge tailored to the customer’s needs
- Analyzing customer requirements and making recommendations
- Managing and updating CRM software
- Preparing technical and mechanical proposals
- Identifying new sales opportunities
- Collaborating cross-departmentally to develop customized solutions
