Charlie Meyer is the fourth-generation owner of Meyer Made, continuing the legacy of innovation and quality craftsmanship established by his great-grandfather, William W. Meyer, Sr. in 1933. Under Charlie’s leadership, Meyer Made remains at the forefront of manufacturing dry bulk material processing equipment, pneumatic conveyors, dust collectors, and other industrial machinery. He upholds the values of his family’s business, focusing on customer service, technological advancements, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence, ensuring the company’s continued success and growth in its second, third, and now fourth generation of ownership.

Chris is a senior executive with 20 years of experience in manufacturing. He currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing at Meyer Made, where he drives strategic initiatives and fosters a culture of innovation to achieve consistent, impactful results. With his expertise in operational leadership, Chris has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and achieving significant efficiency gains in manufacturing operations.

Chris is a senior executive with 20 years of experience in manufacturing. He currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing at Meyer Made, where he drives strategic initiatives and fosters a culture of innovation to achieve consistent, impactful results. With his expertise in operational leadership, Chris has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and achieving significant efficiency gains in manufacturing operations.
Wendy’s career in manufacturing began in 1996 at SeaquistPerfect, where she started on the production floor, operating high-speed assembly equipment. Over the years, Wendy has progressed through various roles in multiple departments, including machine operator, purchasing, scheduling/planning, customer service, and most recently, Director of Production at Meyer Made. She initially worked at Meyer from 2011 to 2018 as a Senior Production Planner before returning in December 2021 after gaining valuable experience across several other industries.
WENDY HOULIHAN
Director of Production
Wendy’s career in manufacturing began in 1996 at SeaquistPerfect, where she started on the production floor, operating high-speed assembly equipment. Over the years, Wendy has progressed through various roles in multiple departments, including machine operator, purchasing, scheduling/planning, customer service, and most recently, Director of Production at Meyer Made. She initially worked at Meyer from 2011 to 2018 as a Senior Production Planner before returning in December 2021 after gaining valuable experience across several other industries.
Greg graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. Out of college he went to work for the local Roots Blower distributor as a technical sales engineer. In 1993 he started his own company with a couple of partners, specializing in air compressors, blowers and heat exchangers as well as soil remediation equipment and pneumatic conveying. During this time he developed what is now the Meyer Screw Pump. In 2005 Greg’s company was bought by Meyer Made.
GREG SPARKS
Director of Engineering
Greg graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. Out of college he went to work for the local Roots Blower distributor as a technical sales engineer. In 1993 he started his own company with a couple of partners, specializing in air compressors, blowers and heat exchangers as well as soil remediation equipment and pneumatic conveying. During this time he developed what is now the Meyer Screw Pump. In 2005 Greg’s company was bought by Meyer Made.
Joined Meyer Made in 2016. Steve’s 25+ years of experience in manufacturing, ranging from small privately held entities to subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies.
